EPCs have changed this year and require a comprehensive understanding of buildings, heating system, openings, ventilation and building technology.  The amount of data required to ensure a representative energy performance certificate depends on the the complexity of the building and therefore fees depend on various factors.   The below fee guidance representational only and a bespoke fee will be provided based on building type and location.
