Paul Brown has been assessed by the Association of Project Safety and granted the use of the title Incorporated Member of APS (IMaPS). This verification of Paul's competency shows the dedication and positive attitude towards safety in the construction industry. This assessment reinforces that Sanderson Brown's approach to CDM is pro-active and robust to reduce risk during construction work.
We are very pleased to announce that Paul Brown is now a CIAT Registered Principal Designer for Non-HRBs following the changes to the Building Safety Act 2022. The assessment of competency is a key component for any project that has building regulations implications and this will be an assurance to all of Sanderson Brown Ltd.’s clients, contractors and associated consultants that we have the correct attitude, procedures and processes in place to deliver compliant projects. The changes to the approach to the Building Regulations and the Building Safety Act has fundamentally changed from having become a tick box exercise to an overarching understanding of design influence and safety awareness throughout the design process which will enhance the industry to much higher standards which the end user deserves.
