Sanderson Brown was established in 2021 by Paul Brown. The core of our business has evolved from rural property development into compliance solution consultancy. Sanderson Brown has a wealth of knowledge and experience relating to building and construction safety. We have developed methodology and procedures to ensure compliance for duty holders and assisted multiple clients, designers and contractors to improve their compliance solutions. All projects are given the commitment and service they deserve with an honest and transparent approach regardless of size. With the joys of online meetings, training and consultancy can be offered across the country with the option of in person training days.
We are always interested in assisting with construction professionals to enhance their skills knowledge and behaviour. We cannot increase the experience required however we can assist by assessing existing experience to hone best practice for a safer and compliant construction industry. Pease get in touch for a free initial consultation to discuss your needs, ideas and questions.

Paul has spent over twenty years working across various sectors of the built environment. Experience ranges from large rural estates, new builds and commercial projects to Grade I and II Listed building consultancy and repair to expert witness. Along the way, my work has naturally shifted towards compliance solutions, technical training, and helping others navigate the ever-evolving regulations.
Paul founded Sanderson Brown in 2021 and uses the flexibility and freedom of running his own company to bring a steady, practical hand to architectural technology, the built environment and building safety.
